At Bryan Health, we have designed our approach to patient care with innovation and collaboration in mind. Our bedside care model is designed to allow each member of the care team to function at the top of their professional scope. The bedside care team includes many different professional roles and disciplines including our physician and advance practice providers, department leaders, clinical and ancillary professionals, support teams and others and each role is key in the delivery of excellent patient care. The integration of the specific work that is completed by the RN or LPN and the Patient Care Tech (CNA) each shift is key in achieving a symbiotic partnership that results in excellent outcomes and increased employee and patient satisfaction. This collaboration allows our teams to function intentionally and with our individualized patient care model at front of mind.
